IMPORTANT MESSAGE to those driving to Winter Solstice Festival

With the Winter Solstice Celebration and Lifestyle Gathering only a matter of days away, Freeform Collective would like to wish everyone a safe and fun trip on your way out to the festival.
 
Keep an eye out for Kangaroos and Roadtrain trucks, the Tablelands roads are generally safe but they can be quite windy in sections.
 
We would also like to give a final warning to all those who might try to bring illegal or illicit substances into the event – Queensland Police Service personnel are patrolling the local area to ensure patron safety and they will be setting up a drug detection unit near the festival entrance. They will also be maintaining a visual presence around the  local area throughout the festival.
 
Please respect that Winter Solstice is a family-friendly festival that doesn’t condone any illegal activity or violence.
 
The easiest way to avoid the trouble is by not putting yourself in the situation, so please help  us to help you to have a great weekend and don’t bring or do anything you aren’t supposed to.
